We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support various HR functions while gaining valuable hands-on experience in Learning and Development and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate weekly attendance records and ensure timely updates. Update and manage the training hours, ensuring all records are complete and current. Assist in the planning and coordination of internal events, training sessions, and workshops. Help track and manage attendance records as necessary. Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering business cards and processing access card requests Shadow the HR team during employee onboarding activities to understand processes. Observe orientation sessions and HR briefings to support new hires. Requirement Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.0 and above Proficient Computer skills in using MS Office Applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Internship duration between 3 months to 6 months depending on the University's/Institute's requirements.
