A Day in the LIFE
Support project managers and assist in the preparation, onsite and post-exhibition / event / project tasks and reporting.
Execute tasks within the allocated budget and timeline.
Input and manage data in the customer base.
Respond to customer and subcontractor correspondence promptly and professionally.
Prepare presentations, Bills of Quantity, work schedules, and work permit applications with meticulous attention to detail.
Job Requirements
Who we are looking for
Degree/Diploma students or holders in Event Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Communication or related fields
Required languages: English, Malay & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients..
Frequent travel is required; owning a vehicle is recommended.
Demonstrate structured thinking and planning skills, ensuring methodical project execution.
Possess effective communication skills to foster collaboration within the team and with external partners.
Be a valuable team player, working with discipline, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 application and familiar with project management digital tools.
