Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in Purchase Order (PO) Processing

Support in preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers. Track and follow up on order confirmations and delivery timelines.

Supplier Communication

Communicate with suppliers for quotations, order status, and basic inquiries. Help maintain and update supplier contact records.

Data Entry & Documentation

Maintain accurate purchasing records, including PO files and delivery notes. Update internal databases and spreadsheets with procurement information.

Price & Product Comparison

Assist in collecting price lists and comparing quotations from vendors. Help evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

Inventory Monitoring Support

Assist in checking stock levels and reporting low inventory. Coordinate with warehouse or store staff as needed.

Administrative Support

Provide general support to the purchasing team. File and organize procurement documents properly.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
