Job Description

Internship duration: March 2023 onwards

1. Convert PR to PO.

2. Send POs to suppliers by Docman

3. Follow up outstanding local orders (stocks and non-stocks).

4. Follow up ISO Quality System Certificate.

5. Follow up overseas shipment with freight forwarder and shippers.

6. Follow up delivery from Eng Hoe.

7. Prepare QA.

8. Follow up suppliers' replacement.

9. Prepare overseas payment to Finance department.

10. Prepare purchase return and purchase replacement.

11. Send DI to suppliers

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
