What You Will Gain from This Internship:
Gain real-world experience in a production environment and understand the workflow of a plastic packaging manufacturing facility.
Learn about the production processes, machine operations, quality control measures specific ant etc.
Improve your technical understanding of manufacturing equipment, material handling, and basic troubleshooting.
Develop awareness of workplace safety procedures, 5S practices, and proper handling of tools and machinery.
Work alongside experienced production staff and learn effective communication and coordination on the factory floor.
Interns who perform well may be considered for permanent roles, subject to job availability and management evaluation.
