Join Our Team in the Interior Design & Fit-Out Industry!

Are you passionate, eager to learn, and ready to explore a career in the interior design fit-out world? We are offering internship placements in the following departments:

1. Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administrative support Help maintain employee records and update HR databases Support in organizing staff engagement activities and training coordination

Requirements:

Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

2. Quantity Surveying Intern

Responsibilities:

Assist in cost estimation, BQ preparation, and sourcing of materials/subcontractors Support in progress claims, variation orders, and contract administration Help monitor project costing and site measurement documentation

Requirements:

Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Interest in interior design or construction industry Analytical, detail-oriented, and a team player

3. Project Admin Intern

Responsibilities:

Provide admin support to project teams on documentation and coordination Assist in scheduling, site progress updates, and material delivery tracking Help prepare meeting minutes, filing systems, and general project reporting

Requirements:

Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Interior Design, or Construction-related course Proactive and organized with good communication skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
