Assist in preparing quotations, Bills of Quantities (B.Q.), and progress claims.
Check and record invoices, delivery orders, and payment certificates from contractors/subcontractors.
Organize and maintain project documents, drawings, correspondences, and progress reports.
Support project administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, daily reports, and work schedule coordination.
Assist in site visits and measurements when required.
Ensure all documentation is properly filed and up to date.
Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project); Google Workspace & AutoCAD is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
