Bank Details Submission Compliance
? Ensure bank details are accurately filled in the Master Lead Board within 10 working daysfrom the date of referral confirmation.
? Accuracy and timeliness will be reviewed weekly.

Customer Response Turnaround
? Respond to all customer enquiries or referral-related issues via Response.io within 48 Hours.

Referral Conversion Target
? Actively engage and successfully convince customers to refer at least 10 new individualsper week
? Through outbound engagement efforts (calls, WhatsApp, etc.).
? Weekly tracking will be based on form submissions tied to the intern's engagement log

Job Requirements:

Education Background : Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Communications/ Administration/ Business Management/Marketing/ Public Relations/ and any related fields Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Analytical Skills: The capacity to analyze data and market trends. Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. Adaptability and Learning: Ability to adapt to change and a willingness to learn and grow.
