We are looking for an RMA Intern to assist our RMA team in managing customer equipment returns, repairs and replacements. You will gain hands-on experience in technical operations, equipment auditing and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing returned equipment and parts according to standard procedures.
Help audit and test returned items; record findings in the ERP system.
Support the preparation of RMA buffer stock and update inventory records.
Prepare and organize RMA-related documents and reports.
Liaise with Helpdesk, Procurement and Warehouse teams for verification and updates.
(If required) Accompany technicians for on-site RMA support and learn customer handling.
Learning Outcomes
During the internship, the student will gain:
Exposure to real-world RMA operations.
Hands-on experience in ERP systems and equipment audit processes.
Understanding of repair, replacement and quality control procedures.
Skills in documentation, coordination and inventory management.
Qualification
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Requirements
Good to excellent computer skills with the ability to handle data and documentation efficiently.
Experience in order processing or administrative coordination is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced technical environment.
