Job Scope
We are looking for a qualified intern to join our Sales team to support our key clients and day-to-day departmental tasks. Ideally, the candidate will be in the final year of a university degree or a recent graduate in any discipline. You will be exposed to the workings of the credit information industry within a global corporation. These include meeting key decision makers of the top organizations in Malaysia, understanding how clients operate within the banking and financial services industry, and learning how to communicate, draft important documents and work across multi-disciplinary teams. You will pick up listening skills and the A-Z of sales and leadership abilities which will prove to be an invaluable foundation in your career. You will be supporting an Account Manager in the following areas:

• Client Support - Assist the Account Manager to fulfil business-related needs including reach outs, follow-ups, responding to standard customer queries, and accompanying the Account Manager in attending to client meetings;
• Project Management \xe2\x80\x93 assist in keeping track of target deadlines, help the Account Manager to ensure all teams are aware of key responsibilities, and to highlight to the Account Manager / Team Lead where any items need resolving or are at risk of not being delivered on time;
• Sales Operations \xe2\x80\x93 assist with completing sales support tasks including drafting proposals, presentation preparations, administrative account tasks.
• Other meaningful ad-hoc tasks under the department as required.

Job Requirement

• To a certain extent \xe2\x80\x93 resilience and tenacity to work hard to achieve expertise in a given area in line with organizational goals;
• The basics \xe2\x80\x93 can operate Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with a certain degree of comfort.
