We are an innovative software company specializing in maritime solutions. Our mission is to help Oil & Gas companies optimize operations through technology. We are seeking driven interns who want hands-on experience in sales and marketing while learning about the global maritime business.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and send product information emails to prospective customers.
Call customers to confirm receipt of product information, answer basic queries, and arrange appointments for the sales team.
Assist sales team with inquiries, proposals, and presentations.
Research maritime companies and maintain an updated lead database.
Support preparation of sales and marketing materials for campaigns.
Update CRM/sales tracking tools with customer interactions and responses.
Participate in sales/marketing team meetings and contribute ideas to improve outreach efforts.
