Following up with existing customers to maintain good relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Identifying and approaching potential new customers.
Assisting your supervisor during live sessions or events, when necessary.
Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned, which may include administrative support to staff, management, or relevant departments.
Report any operational issues to your immediate superior or the After-Sales Manager.
Undertake any other duties assigned by management or as required by business operations.
