Handle general office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation).
Assist in preparing letters, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
Answer phone calls, emails, and provide support to customers/suppliers.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and other admin-related purchases.
Support management in daily office operations and reporting.
Support any ad-hoc task assign by superior.
Qualifications:
Active student or holder of a Diploma/Degree in Office Management, Accounting/Finance, Business Admin,or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and able to work with numbers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
