Internship Service Technician

Job Description
We are hiring an intern who will support the senior technician in product installation, defect\'s diagnosis and repairing to satisfy the customers\' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting role to senior technician for all jobs (Installation, After Sales, Repossession, Return).
- Ensure tools, technical device, and equipment are well kept and in good operational condition.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- All jobs to be carried out under the supervision of a mentor.
- This position is available nationwide - West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
- Candidate should possess SPM/SKM/Diploma (Electrical/Electronic/Airconditioning).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Physically fit to meet the physical demand of the job.
- Reliable team-player with attention to detail and ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Work around a changing schedule based on customer appointment.
- Good communication skills.
