About Setel: The Future of Mobility Introduced in July 2018, Setel is a mobile platform that aims to delight customers by innovating for better, inclusive mobility. Setel serves customers across Malaysia by powering one app as the constant companion to ease motorists\' journey across fueling, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, auto assistance, general purchases, and more across an ecosystem of PETRONAS petrol stations, retail partners, and online merchants. In This Role You Will: Plan and execute content for all PETRONAS Shop\'s social platforms primarily TikTok, Facebook, Instagram & X. Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis. Perform writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks. Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience\'s behaviors Assist in maintaining relationships with KOLs and content creators. Assist in social media shooting and editing. Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements You\'re A Great Fit If You Have/Are: A bachelor\'s degree in Marketing/Communications/Multimedia or equivalent. Internship duration of preferably 6 months and can join us on April 1, 2024. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets and Slides. Up to date on social media trends and competitive insights to share with the team. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others and build relationships with employees. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. Basic editing skills in TikTok and CapCut.
