INTERNSHIP: Store Executive (Procurement) Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Directly report work to the Manager of Procurement and Logistics in the Head Office. Your responsibilities shall include but not be limited to : Assist with the operation at warehouse yards. To ensure all inventory is recorded and updated in line with the company Smart-B System. To be responsible for stock inventory, delivery, and receiving of goods. Ensure the warehouse yard activities follow the procedures accordingly. Ensure the safety procedures with proper working attire while in the working area. Ensure all forms with regard to warehouse operation are recorded and filed Upkeep the cleanliness and storage at the warehouse on a daily basis. Ensure the working area are safe working environment. Receive and inspect raw materials received according to the supplier\'s Delivery Order and Purchase Order issued. Ensure good housekeeping of raw material and finished good storage areas: ensuring proper product storage and preservation procedure and implementing FIFO control To carry out any other task as instructed by the Superior Skill/ Experience/ Education Required : Possess at least a CGPA of 3.0: Diploma/Degree in any related field. (HR/Accounts/Finance/ Business Development) Good communication skills. Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new things. Computer literate in MS Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of any software/app is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Allowance: RM750.00 - RM1.0K per month The working hours will be as below: - Monday to Friday: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Saturday: 8.30 am - 1.00 pm Lunch Break: 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm
