Currently, we are looking for internship students for the October intake to be placed in the Shipping and Warehouse departments.

for Shipping Intern:

Prepare and follow up shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Declaration) Check BL draft and COA Support the Shipping team in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all shipments. Assist in updating shipping and delivery status in server Provide administrative support to the Shipping team as needed.

for Warehouse Intern:

Ensure accurate and timely updates in the warehouse management system. Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or internal use. Participate in cycle counts and stock-taking activities to maintain inventory accuracy. Assist in managing warehouse space by organizing and labeling storage areas effectively. Provide general administrative support to the Warehouse team, including documentation and filing.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field. Basic understanding of shipment, warehouse and inventory management processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
