Role The Day-To-Day Activities 1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and university portals.
Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.
Support recruiters in outreach efforts and engagement with passive candidates.
2. Talent Pipeline Projects
Help identify new sourcing channels (campus networks, niche job boards, talent communities).
Track and analyse candidate engagement metrics.
Participate in ongoing initiatives to build early-career talent pipelines (e.g., internships, apprenticeships, graduate programmes).
3. Employer Branding & Social Media Content
Collaborate with the Employer Branding Specialist to create engaging social media content (employee stories, day-in-the-life posts, event highlights, etc.).
Assist in content ideation, copywriting, and basic design for LinkedIn, and internal platforms.
Support execution of employer branding campaigns, university events, and photoshoots.
Contribute creative ideas to strengthen our online presence and candidate engagement.
4. Administrative & Project Support
Provide event coordination support for career fairs, engagement sessions, or onboarding activities.
About You
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Passionate about people, talent, and branding.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content tools is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
