and gainhands-on exposure to real-world IT operations
in a dynamic Command & Control Centre environment.What You'll Do & Learn:
Monitor & Maintain Operations
- Oversee retail facilities and ensure smooth daily operations.Incident Handling
- Report, document, and escalate incidents following SOPs.Zabbix Deployment
- Get practical experience in installing and configuring system monitoring tools.System Compliance
- Learn how to work within professional SOPs and organizational policies.Daily & Weekly Maintenance
- Manage operation logs and conduct generator set inspections.Ad Hoc IT Support
- Support additional technical tasks as assigned by supervisors.What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
. Basic knowledge ofWindows/Linux OS, networking & databases
. Familiarity withMicrosoft Office
(Excel, etc.); knowledge of.NET & Zabbix
is a plus. Analytical, problem-solving mindset with good communication skills. Ateam player
eager to learn in afast-paced environment
