In your new role you will:
- Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
- Work as a team between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPE/ LBS/Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
- Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
- Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control(APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other
- process control tools.
- Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process operation specifications as well as Out of
- Control Action Plan (OCAP)
- Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Chemical/IT disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.
- 1-3 years of experience as process engineer in semiconductor industry preferable in thin wafer or carrier technology.
- Familiar with CIP methodology.
- Good analytical and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and written skills in English.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Innovative and work independently to drive technical projects.
