Job Description

Job Responsibilities



1. Performs receptionist function; - answer all incoming calls, handle caller's enquiries; greets and assists clients and/or visitors upon arrival;

2. Provides support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the office operations;

3. Manages overall operations of pilot lounge, classroom, briefing and de-briefing rooms, meeting rooms and other office facilities;

4. Assists in planning and preparation of meetings, conference and any other related company events;

5. Managing food and beverages requests from trainees and liaise with caterer to ensure food is prepared and delivered timely;

6. Monitor overall customer comfort and experiences;

7. Other duties may be assigned by the Management.

Requirements



Minimum qualification Degree/Diploma in Aviation Management, Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality or any related field. Strong command of English.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM500.00 per month
