Internship as IT:

Setup and troubleshoot windows operating system for production stations Support end-user (application, office & production users-desktop & laptop, printing, internet connectivity) Network cabling management for production stations PC/printer/scanners inventory checking for whole plants (P1/2/3/5/7a/7b) Support video conference/audio equipment > IT equipment assets management. Daily routines check (Control Center/Production Output Display/5S)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Computer Software/Science/IT/Networking. Prefer have project in programming, networking, database Good hands-on skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Able to work collaboratively with others. Good personality, positive mindset, and independence. Fluent in English & Mandarin languages (written, spoken & reading) due to support Western & Eastern customers / user.

Internship as Engineer (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical):

Assist in monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement. Support in conducting time studies, root cause analysis, and process mapping. Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, 5S). Assist engineers in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Collect and analyze production data to evaluate performance trends. Support in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions. Assist with yield improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives. Participate in new product or process trials and validations. Help maintain proper documentation of process changes and findings. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Process Engineering team.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree

in Electronic / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Positive attitude and ability to obey instructions from superior. Able to work independently and with the team. Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
