Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Help in managing inventory records and updating stock levels.
Support the preparation of warehouse documents such as delivery orders, stock transfers, and goods received notes.
Assist in coordinating shipments and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Help maintain proper storage organization and stock arrangement.
Support warehouse stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
Coordinate with courier services and logistic partners for deliveries.
Assist in resolving any logistic or warehouse-related issues.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A team player with good communication skills.
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.
