Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Support the coordination of meetings, training, and company events. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Manage office supplies and inventory records. Help with HR-related administrative tasks (e.g., staff attendance, leave records). Provide ad hoc support to departments when needed.

Requirements



Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
