What you'll be doing



Handling incoming customer queries and concerns via telephone, email, and other communication channels Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience Assisting in the implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your customer service skills

What we're looking for



Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns A positive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to learn and continuously develop your customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
