Handling incoming customer queries and concerns via telephone, email, and other communication channels
Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
Assisting in the implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives
Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your customer service skills
