1. Assist actively promote the company's projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers' enquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after-sales.
2. Assist in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is upheld at all times.
3. Assist in executing & monitor the whole sales cycle by handling the potential buyer's enquiries, site viewing, document signing, etc.
4. Assist in carrying out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
?Job Requirement (Preferred)?
Candidate must be an undergraduate student.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent in both verbal and written in Mandarin and English.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking and writing clients.
