• Experience range: 0 - 10 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Open for high school/SPM/Diploma/degree holders
• Shifts: Permanent night shift, shift allowances provided (RM 25 per night)
• Transport allowance: RM 500 per month (pro-rated)
• Work location: Tech M, Cyberjaya
• Language proficiency: Mandarin & Good English
• Full time office mode
• 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), regular Saturday & Sunday Off
• Working hours: 6am to 3pm/3pm to 12am/ 9 PM to 6 AM/ 10 PM to 7 AM
• Skilled at communicating, both orally and in writing in Mandarin & English
• Basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures.
• Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and skilled at exercising initiative within the parameter of company policies and procedures.

TanggungjawabThis position performs skilled consecutive, first-person interpretation. Work is performed and reviewed under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision-making. An incumbent refers most problems to a supervisor and generally all non-routine problems.

• Provides meaning-for-meaning interpreting.
• Follows interpreter protocols as per training, policies, and procedures.
• Follows all policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
• Attends all required training.
• Continuously improves vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge, as required for various clients.
• Maintains confidentiality as policies.

• In-patient Medical benefits up to 80K USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any).
• Out-patient Medical benefits up to 250 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any).
• Optical benefit up to 120 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children - Claimable after completion of 1 year for permanent/converted employee only.
• Dental up to 500 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children - Claimable after completion of 1 year for permanent/converted employee only.
• Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated).
• Medical Leave as per Labor law - 14 days.
• Bereavement leave - 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents).
• Maternity Leave - for 98 consecutive days for associates. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date.
• Paternity leaves - 7 days
