As an ABC & DEF Interpreter, you\'ll be part of a team of language experts who help people communicate in areas such as healthcare or business. In this role, you\'ll have the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, bridging language gaps and facilitating effective communication. Your role will be crucial in helping people understand each other, enabling them to overcome language barriers and achieve their goals. Your Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Bridge language gaps between two or more individuals/parties by through language interpretation over the phone/on video \xe2\x80\xa2 Log interactions in our company system \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in team meetings and strategize on team performance improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with direct manager to strategize on individual performance improvement Your Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a fun individual who genuinely wants to help people! \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in written and spoken English \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in written and spoken Sinhalese, Toishanese, or Chin Hakha \xe2\x80\xa2 Coachable, learner mindset, ability to take feedback and proactively apply it to improve results \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work a flexible schedule (rotational shift, and/or weekends, and/or night shift) Who is Teleperformance Malaysia?
