Job Description

Warehousing and Logistics operations:

- Coordination with Sales and Engineering departments on status of incoming collections from /outgoing deliveries to customers;

- Assist in packing for local deliveries and overseas shipments;

- Unpacking and timely intakes of incoming units;

- Photo-taking of incoming and outgoing equipment and boxes for both local and overseas deliveries;

- Packing and labelling of outgoing units;

- Preparation of documents for overseas shipments;

- Packing for test equipment calibration;

- Update and maintain all relevant shipping documents in an organized manner;

- Prompt upload of documents in ERP system

Parts Room operations:

-

Prompt dispatch of parts to Engineering team;

- Immediate data entry in ERP system upon issuance of parts to ensure accuracy of real-time inventory status in ERP system

Purchasing function:

- Sourcing and procurement of parts and materials

- Continual monitoring of parts status/quantities

- Issuance of Purchase Orders

Stockcounts and Stock audits:

- Internal stockcount on quarterly and annual basis; Cycle counts on periodic basis

- External stockcount at customer's site as and when required

- Generation of inventory reports

General matters:

- Good organizational skills, with proper upkeep of Parts room and Warehouse Area

- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse premise

- Assist with daily operational matters as and when required

Requirements

1) Position open to only : Fit and strong Male below 40years old. This is due to the job requires certain lifting or transporting of equipment.

2) Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate

3) Must have min 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, forwarding related.

3) Proficient in English communication and written

4) Understand and have experience using ERP/SAP/Oracle or any related MRP system before.

5) This position is only open to Malaysian or PR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
