Requirements

• Simple Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
• Must have at least elementary/secondary/SPM/"O" grade
• Able to simple computer operation (MS Office)
• Good at system operation order entry
• With or without experience
• Active, hardworking and responsible
• Encourage fresh graduates to apply

Responsibilities

• To perform day to day general administrative tasks
• Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
• Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
• Monitor documents despatch and received
• Recording documents flow and filing
