As an Inventory Controller, you'll ensure our supply chain runs smoothly, enabling Lee's to provide affordable, quality food to customers. By maintaining accurate stock records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting halal compliance, you'll uphold our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage stock levels across all locations to align with Lee's policies and food equality mission. Record Accuracy: Ensure physical stock matches system records, resolving discrepancies promptly. Generate and submit timely reports, including receiving reports, Flag reports, Q-stock reports, transfer reports, and cycle count reports. Partner with warehouse, sales, marketing, product, retail, logistics, and finance teams to streamline stock movements, including transfers, restocking, adjustments, and write-offs. Oversee SKU setup, vendor registration, bill processing, stock returns, and other inventory-related tasks. Work with product, retail, and warehouse teams to address issues like missing items, damages, or losses. Conduct comprehensive yearly stock counts for all inventory items. Support halal audits by preparing GMP documents and adhering to Halal SOPs. Develop innovative solutions to enhance inventory processes and adapt to changing business needs. Take on ad-hoc tasks to support Lee's operational goals and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related role. Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex inventory systems. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Proficient in inventory management software and tools. Emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Resourceful, goal-driven, and effective under pressure. Strong planning, negotiation, and teamwork abilities, with leadership and collaborative qualities. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel outstation or overseas as needed. Commitment to company values, including prioritizing company interests and working flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays) when necessary.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
