Inventory Controller

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee inventory management: track stock levels, monitor re-ordering schedules, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Manage stock control: analyze inventory trends, forecast needs, and conduct regular audits.
Data entry & reporting: update company inventory database (System), generate reports, and highlight discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers: place orders, track deliveries, and resolve shipment issues.
Warehouse management: assist in organizing warehouse space, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and delivery.
Quality control: conduct checks to ensure stock meets required standards and resolve quality issues with suppliers.
Process improvement: identify and implement best practices to improve inventory processes and supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of working experience in inventory or warehouse management. Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
