Maintain and update accurate inventory data in the system (inbound, outbound, stock adjustment)
Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records
Monitor and verify daily stock movement including gold jewellery and bullion
Generate inventory reports for internal and audit purposes
Coordinate with the warehouse, quality control, procurement, and transaction teams to ensure data accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances
Assist in month-end and year-end inventory closing activities
Support internal audit and compliance requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, data entry, or warehouse operations (experience in gold/jewellery industry is a plus)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to handle high-value items with responsibility and integrity
