Requirements

• SPM certificate holder or above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Autocount system is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with suppliers and customers).
• At least 1 years experience in a related field.
• Preferred Mandarin Speaker (Malaysian?
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Preferably with experience in inventory, invoicing, or sales coordination.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices, delivery orders (DO), and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure proper inventory records and stock control to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth order processing.
