Conduct regular stock count across retail shops.
Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Process CN/PV requests submitted by retail shops.
Facilitate and coordinate scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts at retail outlets.
Analyze stock variance reports and highlight discrepancies or operational issues.
Monitor inventory movements, including stock transfers and service stocks.
Process approved stock adjustments in ERP system to ensure inventory accuracy.
Prepare clear and insightful audit reports for management review.
Support weekly and monthly reporting for the division.
Collaborate with store teams to ensure operational excellence.
Perform any other duties assigned to meet retail and audit objectives.
Requirement:
Possess Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or any equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance or external audit firms.
Detail-oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel outstation for stock audit.
Capable of handling enquiries professionally.
Able to work collaboratively with outlet personnel.
