Design and implement inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control
procedures. * Monitor and maintains current inventory level, create monthly inventory reportsaccurately, records the in and out of the items, and label inventory items that will be used. * Gather, analyze, and enter data for Field Service needs.
Shipping, receiving and delivery of incoming/outgoing stock, machine parts and
devices. * Research potential vendors & co-ordinate repairs with vendors.
Track and analyze stock usage to insure the most cost-effective use of budgeted dollars.
Recommend min - max sparing levels based upon usage statistics.
Recommend new parts and old parts to purge based upon usage.
Coordinate with logistic team for stock transfer, deliveries, tagging and processing.
Research viable suppliers for the purchase of inventory items.
Administrate and track outsourced warranty repairs, responsible for all the
material quality control. * Recommend operational process improvements.
Provide management with reports on usage, on hand stock, outsourced activities, etc, through weekly status report
Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by Superior.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related working experience in related field.
Able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Word and Excel
Possess good attitude, result oriented and a team player.
Good interpersonal and able to work independently.
Attention to details and able to work under pressure to fulfil task within tight
deadline. * Problem-solving skills and good in mathematics.
Able to work with a large group of foreign and local workers.
Fresh graduate with intern experience are encouraged to apply.
