Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouses and retail locations Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits Update inventory databases and reconcile discrepancies Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy Generate inventory reports and assist in forecasting demand Identify and report obsolete or slow-moving items Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Uphold good housekeeping practices and adherence to 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. Provide actionable insights to management on optimizing inventory turnover, reducing holding costs, and improving overall logistics efficiency. Ensure that inventory processes comply with internal controls, quality standards, and safety regulations. Oversee the proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials in the warehouse. Maintain the safety and security of the store and shipping area, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and protocols.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for basic reporting and record keeping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to lift and move items as needed Familiarity with barcode scanners and RF systems is a plus Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors/logistics partners. Willingness to work overtime when required, based on production needs.

Preferred Characteristics

Ensure accuracy in all aspects of inventory handling and documentation. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines, especially when dealing with time-sensitive production and shipping orders. Capable of troubleshooting issues in inventory discrepancies, material shortages, or shipping delays. Interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various departments (production, logistics, quality assurance, etc.). * Ability to adapt to changing warehouse environments, workflows, and priorities.
