Job Description

Responsibilities:

To lead a team of inventory staff in performing day to day inventory activities including receiving materials and services, disposing inbound material, receiving material from non-supplier, managing inventory storage and movement, managing physical inventory, lots and batches, consignment stock and managing sub-contracting To ensure stock accuracy (actual and in the system) through timely and systematic physical count, and update receiving, issuing, rejection control and material transfer in the S4HANA system To ensure optimum stock level by performing physical count, stock level analyses, monitoring and tracking of purchases and to ensure clearance of obsolete and slow moving stock To ensure accurate and on-time up-date of BOM To ensure accurate batch numbers management by declaring and updating batch number of the received, consumed and removed materials To assist the Section Head in managing consignment stock by performing good receipts and issue for vendor consignment To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirement and standard.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Minimum 1 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be willing to work in Banting/Shah Alam area.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
