Role Responsibilities Job Purpose Maximize profitable sales of investment funds through the effective local management of investment funds services to maximize the organization\xe2\x80\x99s fee income growth and AUM growth. This includes conceiving and developing investment products covering the entire spectrum of mutual funds adapted to all client segments. Key Responsibilities New product development \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the end-to-end development of investment products including but not limited to mutual funds to grow fee income revenue and assets under management across segments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead product ideation or product sourcing, provider sourcing, product approval, provider approval, pricing strategy, seeking sponsorship, training to various segment including Personal, Preferred, Priority & Priority Private. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish new product marketing strategy including product direction, positioning strategy, pricing, promotion. Product provider management \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct due diligence on new product provider and recommend to Group for approval. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform periodic due diligence and maintain recorded documentation on existing partners to ensure minimum provider standards are met. Product marketing & management \xe2\x80\x93 Work with investment advisors to provide on-going product related support and activities to grow fee income and AUM. This includes but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate effectively with IS Group and Local CPBB management to formulate and implement local investment fund services strategy and business plans within Group and Country guidelines, to achieve Investment Fund Services targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate investment seminars to increase the level of knowledge and understanding of investments Funds. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination of active product updates (internally and externally), \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and coordinate portfolio rebalancing management to best adapt to market conditions, Investment P&L management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage investment fee income revenue and related investment product activities required to meet corporate financial goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage cost to target cost/income ratio to meet department and organizational financial goals. Governance: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the implementation of appropriate systems and operational procedures to support investment sales and securities transactions and the effective administration of customer accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement appropriate rules and guidelines to ensure that all internal and external, legal, compliance and risk management requirements are met within IS- related sales and service activity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Product record keeping, manage corporate actions with related stakeholders and manage interface with internal stakeholders and external product providers. Qualifications And Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance/Business/Marketing or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience as a product manager, specialist, or investment advisor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has experience in unit trust fund industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong numerate and analytical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detailed oriented and able to take initiative, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple assignments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products including the knowledge of financial markets, social-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirement relevant to the products \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities any internal standards as required by country manager in a proactive manner About Standard Chartered We\'re an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
