Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Contributes toward efficient scoping and managing of fundings and opportunities for MCV.
• The incumbent is expected to facilitate the execution of organisation processes and operations, affecting the performance of the department/division; achieved by delivering the department\'s planned activities, operating within clearly defined SLAs/SOPs.
• Assist in conducting due diligence on the clients and structuring of credit facilities
• Assist in constructing the financial module i.e: valuation and cashflow
• Assist in the preparation of credit papers
• Assist in the credit evaluation through quantitation and qualitative valuating
• Assist in field work, site visit, industry and market data gathering
• Assist in the preparation of the necessary reports for the department and/or management
• Organise and lead meetings (internal and external)
• Assist in the monitoring of the client portfolios
• Liaise with client
• Manage relationships both internally and externally

• Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• Preferably Executives specialising in Audit/Accounting/Banking /Financial Services or equivalent
• Candidates who are extrovert (outgoing), resourceful, committed and have initiative personality are encouraged to apply
• Candidates must have the ability to construct financial modeling using Microsoft Excel
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MSPower Point.
• Required language(s) and writing skills: Bahasa Malaysia, English
