As a Telemarketer is focuses on generating leads and appointments for property Investment & sales agents team. They will communicate with potential buyers and sellers to promote properties and expand the customer base. If this sounds like something you may be a good fit for, Read ON!! \xc2\xb7 Explaining the Property manage and renovation package to the owners. \xc2\xb7 Address customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. \xc2\xb7 Calling potential customers to promote and sell property management services. \xc2\xb7 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. \xc2\xb7 Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers from provided contact lists or leads. \xc2\xb7 Qualify leads by gathering essential information about their property needs and preferences. \xc2\xb7 Provide information about available properties and real estate processes. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with leads via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on local real estate market conditions and trends. \xc2\xb7 Participate in sales training to enhance techniques and product knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Achieved set targets for lead generation and appointment setting. \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills with written and verbal proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
