SPM/Diploma or any higher academic qualification in any relevant fields.

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
Taking orders, preparing delivery order, checking purchase order from customers and issuing invoice
Perform data entry
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Answer enquiries, receive customers' complaints and coordinates with sales and deliveries
Maintain an efficient control system of records, invoices and delivery orders
Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior
