Responsibilities/Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue invoices and bills daily using the billing software. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other duties as assigned and any other ad-hoc task required by management teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicating with customers through various channels such as email, phone calls, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with the best solution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a good team player where frequent collaboration across functional teams is necessary. Green Fusion aims to establish a premium quality of fresh fruits and vegetables including local and imported fresh produces. As of today, Green Fusion carries more than 100 varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables and had been actively supplying many recognized hotels, restaurants, fruit stalls, cafes, medical centers, and bakeries. We are also well-known for our pre-cut fresh fruits and mixed salad which had been processed in a well-equipped and hygienic room. Green Fusion is located and fully operated in Jalan Com Industrial Park, Cheras. Up until today, We have 30 highly motivated staff including the operator and management team, and owned five cold trucks.
