Job Description

s :



Issuing Deliver Orders / Invoices / Official Receipts / Statements

Answering phone calls

Checking / replying emails

Handling incoming and outgoing mails / deliveries / courier

Filling documents

Maintaining cleanliness of office

Managing basic bookkeeping duties

Data entry

Any Ad-hoc works from time to time

Requirements :



Education : Minimum SPM

Languages : Malay, English

Software knowledge : SQL

Computer knowledge : Words, Excel

Working Hours :



Mon - Fri : 8:30am - 5:30pm

Sat : 8:30am - 1pm

Near Main Place, USJ 22

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
