Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor on-site M&E / civil works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards Inspect materials and workmanship; ensure contractors deliver quality output Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, manpower, materials, and any non-conformances or delays Coordinate with project consultants and contractors, advising on quality control, safety, and contract compliance Identify and document defects or outstanding works, follow up to ensure timely completion Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding site status

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Construction Engineering or related field Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant site-inspection or construction supervision experience (as IOW or similar role) Possess IOW certificate / registration (if applicable) Good knowledge of construction practices, standards, and site safety regulations Strong reporting, documentation and communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia) Own transport and willingness to travel / visit sites (if required)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
