Job Description
We are hiring for a IP Engineer role for Connect44 Malaysia. Permanent role and full time position. Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing IP network design principles, architecture, and roadmap across various sectors. Oversee Method of Procedure preparation for system deployment/upgrade/optimization, troubleshoot critical incidents, and prepare project completion handover. Monitor IP nodes\' performance and capacity. Implement changes Drive and implement solutions Perform related duties as assigned or requested. Able to work on early morning hours and support during weekends and public holidays. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of working experience in network support, implementation and configuration. Minimum 5 years of working experience in a network engineering role. Minimum 5 years experience handling IP changes. Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network, hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, switchers, Wireless, firewalls, bridges, gateways, etc. Knowledge and experience on Firewall appliance products implementation, configuration and troubleshooting. Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. A team player and can work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in English both spoken and written.
