Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control:
Ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and addressing any deviations.Analyze and improve:
Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate and communicate:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating quality requirements and standards to all stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement:
Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency, driving continuous improvement across the organization.Requirements & Qualifications:
Educational background:
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), (Material), or (Chemical) are preferred.Language proficiency:
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base and stakeholders.Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.Skills:
Strong mechanical, chemical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. PreferablyJunior Executive
