Responsibility 1: Participate in sample trial production and PPAP trial production
1. During the sample delivery and small batch sample stage, conduct inspections according to the inspection requirements and keep records
2) Perform daily inspections and provide abnormal feedback during the trial production process.
Responsibility 2: Prepare testing resources according to the production plan
1) Confirm whether the appearance inspection standards and quality warning cards are complete, and be familiar with the inspection items and their standards.
2) Confirm if there are any changes to the technical engineering change order.
2) Confirm whether the measurement program, gauges, drawings, and inspection checklist are complete.
Responsibility 3: Responsible for regional quality inspection work
1) According to the product inspection plan, complete the regional inspection work and be responsible for the inspection results
2) Perform first piece inspection/patrol inspection/last piece inspection according to frequency and quantity, and record and upload to MES.
3) Attend the quality handover meeting, report the 4M1E change points on site, and promptly identify key quality control points.
Responsibility 4: Responsible for managing regional quality anomalies and following up on the closure of quality issues.
1) Provide feedback on quality abnormalities discovered on site, identify suspicious products, and inspect and confirm improved products.
2) Implement product containment plan and track and confirm.
3) Feedback on defects in the subsequent process was confirmed to be due to mold issues, and a mold repair order was issued for products that have already been molded
4) Inspect and confirm the repair points in each initial item, and make a final judgment after passing the inspection.
5) Follow up on the disposal of defective products according to the factory's defective product handling process.
Responsibility 5: Participate in quality analysis and improvement, assist in collecting quality issues and cases
1) Implement quality improvement projects and improvement plans in the die-casting workshop to inspect and confirm the final product results.
2) Cooperate with the team leader to collect various quality defects and submit them to the quality engineer as quality planning or quality control materials.
Responsibility 6: Management of measuring instruments and equipment
1) Perform daily maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments within this group.
2) Daily maintenance and abnormal reporting of measuring equipment.
Responsibility 7: Participate in the implementation of safety work
1) Implement the safety management work of our team.
2) Participate in emergency response to regional security incidents and promptly report them.
Responsibility 8: Responsible for team development and cultivation
1) Participate in the pre class meeting organized by our group.
Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
Diploma or above in mechanical manufacturing related majors;
Master knowledge related to quality management, testing, etc;
Proficient in using Chinese, English, and Malaysian trilingual communication is preferred;
The application of basic quality management methods and tools, such as 5WHY, Plato, fishbone diagram, etc;
More than 1 year of quality related inspection work and practical experience (Excellent fresh graduates can apply);
- Proficient in the use of various testing equipment.
- Familiar with the production process of die-casting workshop products.
- Familiar with various abnormal handling processes (quality, equipment, safety, etc.) of the company and factory.
- Basic skills in data statistics and analysis.
