Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process inspections at defined checkpoints during the assembly process. Ensure that assembly operations comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards. Identify non-conformities, defects, or process deviations early in production. Work with production teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and process control logs. Ensure traceability of materials and parts used during assembly. Verify that machines, tools, and gauges used in assembly are calibrated and in good working condition. Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and setup approval before mass production.

Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality standards (Example: ISO 9001) Basic understanding of quality inspection process. Knowledge in handling equipment tools. Attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
