Job Description

:

Perform incoming quality inspection for electronic components, mechanical parts, and materials. Check materials against specifications, drawings, and PO requirements. Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using basic measuring tools. Use AQL sampling to determine inspection sampling size. Verify COA/COC, MSDS, test reports, and other incoming documents. Identify, record, and classify defects; raise NCR for non-conforming materials. Ensure rejected materials are labelled and quarantined properly. Maintain accurate inspection records and update the QMS system. Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and QA on material issues. Follow ESD, safety, and cleanliness requirements in inspection areas. Assist in calibration verification by checking that measurement tools used in IQC are within valid calibration dates. Support incoming material sampling for engineering evaluation when necessary.

Qualifications:

SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Quality, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in material or quality inspection is an advantage. Familiar with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauge, pin gauge). Able to read component specifications, engineering drawings, and datasheets. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for inspection reporting. Detail-oriented with high accuracy. Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
